New Roof for Your Home in Partnership with Your Insurance Company

install residential shingle roofHail damage is one of the most common causes of home roofing replacement. Hail damage appears in ‘dings’ or indentations on the shingle, removing the roof’s granules and exposing the asphalt on the substrate to be exposed to the sun’s UV rays which quickly destroys the roofing shingles.

Hail Damage Inspection on Your House Roof

If you suspect hail damage, call Field Construction first! The insurance adjustor will only act upon your claim once it’s been inspected by a licensed roofing contractor. Once we go up on your home’s roof, we will take pictures of areas of damage including shingles, gutters, roof vents, chimney flashing, chimney cap…anywhere there’s damage. We email the pictures to you so you can use the pictures to show the insurance adjustor. In addition, we’ll have detailed discussions with you so you know exactly what to expect. Once you share the critical information about the evidence we shared with you regarding the damage and pictures on your roof with the insurance adjustor, they will send the roofing adjustor to your home.

Day of Roof Installation – Protecting Your Home

On the day of your roof installation, we’ll be there bright and early. We begin by preparing for the roof tear off by setting up step ladders and planks over the bushes and flowers and then put the tarp over it. If the tarp is situated on top of the bushes and flowers, they will still be at risk for breaking if any of the shingles drop down on top of the tarp. The ladder and plank serve as the first line of defense and the roofing debris stays away from your beautiful landscape.
