Standing Seam Metal Roof

residential metal roofA standing seam metal roof features 26-gauge metal panels that run parallel to the slope of the roof and are joined together at the turned up or raised edges attached to the wood deck for a secure fit. Each panel is secured together with hidden fasteners and a double crimped edge to present water leaks, ice damming and an air-tight fit.

Due to its lightweight design, standing seam metal roofs can be installed over a single layer of shingles or directly to the decking. Field Construction will inform you which is the most effective way to install the metal roof once the inspection is complete.

Stone Coated Metal Roof

A stone coated metal roof features the lightweight zinc and aluminum coated steel covered with ceramic stone granules and sealed with a polymer coating. Aesthetically beautiful, stone coated metal roofs enhance home architectures of various shapes and sizes. The stone coated metal roof is also class 4 impact resistant ensuring a long lasting, viable metal roofing system.

Installation

The only way your new metal roof stands the test of time is in its installation. Our team of experienced metal roof installers take the time to ensure the eave metal edging, chimney flashing, any skylight flashing and vent pipes are done with precision and care ensuring a tight, clean finish. We understand you’re making an investment into your home, our job is to help ensure that it lasts as long as your home.

Every installation is completed to the manufacturer’s specification ensuring warranty, no leaks and a solid foundation so material never loosen or blow off in Oklahoma storms.

Day of Installation

Field Construction will arrive early preparing your roof for the new metal roof. We set up step ladders and planks directly over the bushes and flowers with a tarp covering over the equipment. We believe that if the tarp is directly on top of the bushes and flowers, they can still break as debris can fall from the roof.

Investment

You’re investing in your home and you want your new roofing system to last. The investment made in a metal roofing system is comparable to shingle roofs. This will be the only roofing system you’ll need to install. Investing moderately more today will ensure your money stretches for the life of your home.
